**Support Administrator (Full Time, Hybrid Working)**

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and technically minded individual with proven customer service experience to join the friendly, creative team at it’seeze.

We are a national web design franchise company based in Torquay, Devon, and we’re now looking for a talented support administrator to join our fast-growing team and provide excellent support and expert advice to both our clients and franchisees.

**About the role**

**Main responsibilities**:

- Liaising between our franchisees and Head Office team to solve queries and translate any technical language into simple terms that can be easily understood by all parties
- Ensuring websites are booked into our production queue and launched within an appropriate timeframe
- Feeding back new ideas and suggestions to improve internal processes, boost customer retention, and generate new leads
- Registering, transferring and managing domain names

**About you**

We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual with a passion for digital learning and excellent communication skills.

You should be someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team, who is also organised and able to work independently on projects.

**Skills and experience**:

- Experience in a similar customer service role
- Good working knowledge and technical understanding of the internet
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal and team working skills
- Great problem-solving skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good IT skills and ability to learn new software packages

**About this vacancy**

This is a full-time role with a hybrid working schedule, with the working week currently split into 3 days based at our national Head Office in Torquay and 2 days of remote work. Salary will be dependent on experience.

Working hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

You’ll be joining our experienced team in a contemporary working environment, with an open plan office and convenient location.

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Torquay
