Overview: As the Site Administrator based on a live construction site, within the Torquay area, you will provide administrative support to the site teams and wider company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Store construction reports and drawings using a document software.
- Provide administrative support to the construction teams on site in way of providing them with paperwork and documents at their request.
- Meet and greet visitors, clients and consultants.
- Act as receptionist, ensure visitors sign in and out correctly.
- Arrange stationary & cleaning orders.
- HR admin duties including being responsible for the time & attendance system, maintain employee records.
- Timesheet management
- Must have construction knowledge and experience gained from working within a similar environment.
- Extensive administration knowledge.
- Must live within the Torbay area, ideally in Torquay.

Hours can be flexible based on the persons circumstances. For example, this role can offer hours to work around school drop off & pick up times. Salary would be pro-rata, if lesser hours are agreed.
