**Group Bookings Administrator**

We are looking for a Group Bookings Administrator who is a customer service superstar with excellent communication and organisational skills.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Entering group bookings onto the system and processing deposits
- Entering final rooming lists and completing group resume
- Creating a final invoice and sending it out in line with the contract
- Chasing and posting payments ensuring all groups are fully paid prior to arrival unless credit terms are agreed
- Managing the rebook process maximising customer retention
- Booking, invoicing and managing conference and function bookings
- Meeting group organisers when requested
- Maintaining an excellent understanding of the additional services/products available
- Strong administration skills with a proven track record of using Microsoft Office is essential
- Service - Accurately recording group bookings to ensure that the booking process runs smoothly to achieve a high level of trust and build professional relationships with our group organisers. An understanding of the booking process or hotel reservations system would be an advantage
- Teamwork - Working alongside both internal and external stakeholders to provide the best possible service to our guests increasing the likelihood of repeat bookings.
- Attitude - Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Respect - Having an appreciation and understanding that all groups are different and will have different needs. Showing respect and appreciation to the Group organisers for choosing TLH Leisure Resort for their group bookings.
- Safe and Sustainable - Ensuring the booking details are correct and completed in line with the company’s policies and procedures.

**Hours and Rate of pay**:
There is also the option of a full-time position on a permanent basis.
