Accounts and Administration Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and messages.
- Welcome visitors on site
- Organising stationery and sundries for all 3 offices
- Sorting the incoming and outgoing post
- Organising catering requirements for meetings etc in all offices
- Liaising with the landlord/contractors/cleaners to deal with facilities issues
- Coordinate meetings.
- Maintaining health and safety and fire documentation and completing weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual checks and supporting any audits
- Arranging contractors to complete health and safety requirements such as PAT testing, fire alarm servicing etc
- Arranging and booking training courses when needed
- Booking travel arrangements for staff travelling on business
- Filing and scanning
- Arranging long service awards and other gifts from the company
- Assisting the Finance Manager to complete accounts tasks
- Complete daily accounts tasks in the absence of the finance manager
- Liaising with operational staff to gather additional information required for accounting procedures.
- Supporting the HR manager with administrative tasks when required.
This role is for 24 hours spread across the week. There is some flexibility in how this may be worked but flexibility is required to cover sickness and holiday.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 24 per week
**Salary**: £13,000.00-£15,000.00 per year
