**Catering Assistant**

**Monday to Friday**

**20 hours per week**

**£10.50 per hour - Pay above the Real Living Wage Foundation**

Available immediately, we are looking for a catering assistant to support our chef manager within this small contract catering site with a focus on fresh home-cooked food, serving to staff and cast of BBC's hit drama Doctors

You must have a positive attitude and be willing to be flexible, with catering assistant duties varied from basic food preparation such as making salads and sandwiches, serving from the counter, using the till and general cleaning duties. You should have a passion for great customer service and be willing to learn.

Previous experience would be beneficial.

**Catering Assistant** **Role overview**
- Part Time, 4 hours per day, expected working hours 11.30 - 3.30pm
- Assisting in lunch service, including set up of salad bar and basic food preparation, till operation via an easy to use iPad based system (no cash), serving on the counter and general cleaning duties.
- Engage with customers and clients offering the best customer service possible
- Ensuring strict adherence to Food Safety HACCP controls.
- Representing TNS to the highest standards and maintaining excellent relationships with our clients and residents.
