**Eco Homes Wirral Ltd** is a small but growing building company based in Birkenhead. We specialise in **retrofit insulation** and a wide range of **general building works**, helping homeowners improve energy efficiency and property performance across **Merseyside, Cheshire, and North Wales**.
As demand for our services grows, we’re looking for a skilled **Working Foreman**, ideally with an **electrical background**, to help lead and deliver our residential projects to a high standard.
**The Role**
You’ll take a hands-on leadership role on-site - managing small teams, coordinating daily operations, and contributing directly to works. The role includes project supervision and active involvement in a variety of retrofit and general building tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and supervise small site teams
- Work alongside tradespeople on retrofit and general building projects
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and office staff
- Maintain site health & safety, quality, and timelines
- Manage materials, deliveries, and basic site paperwork
- Carry out electrical work (if qualified)
**What We’re Looking For**
**Essential**:
- Experience as a working foreman, supervisor, or senior tradesperson
- Good knowledge of general building practices
- Organised, responsible, and approachable team leader
- Full UK driving licence
**Desirable**:
- Electrical qualifications or strong experience in electrical installations
- Retrofit insulation experience
**What We Offer**
- **Salary**: £36,000 - £39,000 per year (depending on experience)
