Active Nation are on the hunt for a new **Sales Advisors, to** join our teams at Yarborough & Birchwood Leisure Centres and generate and convert leads for sales, bookings and membership activity.

We’re looking for passionate, driven individuals who can enthuse and engage with our _supporters_ (customers) creating a positive experience of our venue. If you are confident, self-motivated, enjoy sales and are a great conversationalist then we’d love to hear from you

Reporting to the Assistant Business Manager you will be responsible for:

- Increasing participation and membership subscriptions within our activity programme, both in venue and out of venue.
- Following up and converting all enquiries and leads
- Planning and delivering outreach work in the community
- Giving excellent supporter service in a professional manner, which encourages repeat visits.
- When required, be responsible for the Front of House Operations supporting our Reception function

We need you to be here when we’re busiest, so you’ll need to work a variety of early shifts, late shifts and weekends to fulfil either the full-time commitment or the part-time position. Therefore, flexibility to be able to access the venue and work on a rotational shift pattern is key. Active Nation Birchwood is our recently refurbished venue in the south of the City, and includes Gym, Studio, Immersive Cycling Studio, Shapemaster Toning Studio, Costa Café, Climbing facility, Soft play area, party rooms, all weather pitch and outdoor pitches. Yarborough Leisure Centre is the larger of the Lincoln Contract Venues, located in the North of the City and includes 25m pool, Teaching pool, Diving pool, Sports Hall, Gym, Studio, cycle studio, all weather pitch, cycle track, athletics track and outdoor pitches.
