We are looking for an experienced Recruitment / Sales professional who is self motivated and driven to build on our success and maintain our growth strategy.

Within this role you will develop and support our clients staffing needs covering various settings such as such as Residential and Nursing Homes, Learning Disability Supported Living Services and Mental Health Facilities.

Focused on hiring the best staff to place into our clients services you will have high attention to detail as well as a flair for F2F and Tele-sales and the ability to build long standing relationships.

To be successful within this role you will require:
A full UK driving licence
Experience within a similar role (preferably healthcare)
Strong background within sales
Eye for detail and knowledge of recruitment cycles

**Duties**:
Business Development across the region
Ability to over-achieve weekly sales objectives
Recruitment of suitable healthcare professionals
Maximise branch turnover and profitability

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
