A great new opportunity has arisen for an FRA Operative or Fire Door Carpenter to join a housing provider based in West London on a temporary ongoing basis, paying £238.18 per day (Umbrella).

The successful FRA Operative will be required to have previous fire-stopping and compartmentation experience installation and maintenance experience within social housing properties.

Day Rate:

- £238.18 Per Day (umbrella rate)

The Fire Door Carpenter will be required to complete:

- Fire Stopping
- Compartmentation
- Fit FD-rated fire doors and door sets
- Repair and maintain fire doors
- Complete fire door servicing
- Fire Safety Repairs & Maintenance
- Multi Trade Skills
- Second fix carpentry
- Have social housing experience
- Health and safety knowledge

The successful Fire Door Carpenter:

- A van
- Fuel card
