**What's the role about?**

This is an exciting opportunity to join our fast paced team at Herbert Parkinson as a Customer Service Administrator. You will be joining a friendly supportive team, who provide administration support for factory production processes such as order checking, collation and preparation for transferring to the production room. The role will be based in Lancashire and hours would be from 8.30am - 4.45pm (Monday to Friday.) The role is a permanent position.

**What you will be doing?**

As a Customer Service Administrator you will be:

- Uploading electronic orders
- Liaising with the work room and call centres and dealing with queries
- Taking calls from customers on their orders and deliveries
- Responding to complaints
- Following up with orders on behalf of customers
- Working with stakeholders from across the business
- Working to Service Level Agreements
- Allocating fabrics to back orders
- Arranging deliveries with DPD
- Creating invoices
- Giving advice to customers and the shops

**What you will have?**
- Effective communicator and confident telephone manner
- Willing to tackle difficult issues
- Excellent organisational skills
- A great eye for detail
- Basic computer skills
- Adept at handling customer queries
- Have a systematic approach to problem solving

**What else can you bring?**
- Experience in a call centre environment
- Experience of CRM systems
