**Head of Risk & Assurance**

**£75-80k + benefits**

I am working with a fantastic tech MSP as they continue a journey of growth and development. We are looking for a Head of Risk and Assurance to head up governance, compliance and risk management across the business. You will be given autonomy and supportto put your stamp on the business's risk strategy, working closely with the SLT.

You will be the face of the business to external auditors and stakeholders, but will also manage the internal policies, procedures, audits and frameworks, as well as driving the right behaviours across the business. You will also be able to build a teamaround you.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a senior risk, compliance and assurance role
- Strong knowledge of governance frameworks and audits
- Knowledge of various ISO standards
- Qualifications in risk management such as CISM, CRISC, ISO, etc...
- Excellent people management skills and the ability to influence
- Ability carry out internal audits
- Experience of implementing and maintaining risk policies and procedures
- Experience leading risk committees and risk scoring
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management experience
