The MTS Product team is looking for an associate to join the Repo desk, based in London or Paris. The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including being first point of contact for our trading and sales clients, negotiating trade cancellations, monitoring market activity and expanding our market reach via sales and marketing initiatives.

This is a client facing role requiring a confident, outgoing individual.

Key Accountabilities
- MTS Repo has a broad client base, ranging from tier one investment banks to small buy-side clients, and the role will involve being able to confidently communicate with traders, sales, support and tech staff across these clients, leveraging Repo market knowledge learned and a fast thinking, problem solving mind.
- The ability to quickly analyse, prioritise, and act upon market conditions and client requests is of particular importance.
- The successful applicant should also be comfortable collaborating across MTS desks, including Sell-side KAMs, Buy-side KAMs, Marketing, Product, Data, Monitoring and Client Services, as well as across the wider Euronext group.
- The Repo and Money Markets desk monitors market activity and is available to clients throughout the trading day, between 07:00 and 17:30, with early and late shifts shared across the desk. The role requires a minimum of three working days in the office with the option to work from home for the rest of the week.
- The role will include some requirements to travel within Europe for client meetings and conferences.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
- Basic to progressive knowledge of fixed income markets and trading mechanics
- Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Excel and Powerpoint
- Confident and outgoing individual who is comfortable speaking to clients
- Second language (French/Italian/German) would be useful
