Office Administrator Full/part Time

**A small, busy student letting agency in the Fiveways area of Brighton needs another member of the team to assist in the office.**
**Working hours**:There are two roles available, one is full time which will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and a secondary role for 3-4 days per week as well as some Saturdays during our busy summer period.
**Salary**:competitive salary offered DOE
You will be working closely amongst a team but with your own individual responsibilities.
**Qualities we are looking for**:

- Good work ethic, able to work accurately and efficiently
Experience in the lettings industry would be helpful but not essential.
**The role is office based in an admin environment. No two days are the same, duties will be varied but include**:
- Taking in-bound and making out-bound calls
- Record keeping and data entry
- Dealing with enquiries and organising viewings as well as day-to-day administration of a busy Lettings Agency
- Communicating and building a working relationship with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Co-ordinating repairs from start to finish; this will include liaising with contractors, obtaining quotes and booking in required works
- Obtaining certifications for properties through contractors and suppliers
- Assisting other members of the team as required
