We are looking for a **Business Support Administrator** to provide effective and efficient administrative support to all CHP teams, and excellent customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a welcoming and safe environmentfor employees and visitors and striving for constant improvement through continual development, communication and feedback. We also offer all employees free fruit and refreshments, discounted gym membership and a cycle to work scheme **Requirements**: **What you'll be doing** - Provide a full, timely and value for money postal support service to all CHP teams - Provide a full printing, scanning, document storage and business support service where this is required to support multiple CHP teams, including, but not limited to: - Respond to internal customer and external stakeholder enquiries via the team Helpdesk and mail boxes in accordance with CHP policy and timescales to provide an excellent customer service. - Provide effective administrative support relating to management of CHP's fleet. - Undertake driving licence checks for all CHP vehicle drivers as well as the "grey fleet", ie, employees who drive their own vehicles on CHP business, to ensure all drivers meet legal and company requirements. - Provide a professional and effective Myriad House reception service, welcoming visitors, monitoring door security and receiving and recording deliveries. - Co-ordinate requisitions for goods / services in accordance with the Company's Financial Regulations and Standing Orders. - Demonstrate environmental awareness in all tasks, eg, recycling of stamps, batteries, office waste. - Undertake fire alarm and health / safety checks in collaboration with Business Support and Facilities and Corporate Health and Safety colleagues to help ensure a safe workplace for all employees and visitors. - Work with Business Support and Facilities colleagues to ensure there is appropriate cover for current and evolving workloads according to the needs of the service. **What we are looking for** **Qualifications** - Evidence of attainment of good literacy and numeracy, e.g. GCSEs or equivalent demonstrable prior learning. **Experience, knowledge and skills** - Experience of administrative procedures. - Experience in meeting deadlines. - Experience in a facilities management environment. - High level of computer literacy (including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office). - Excellent communication skills either over the telephone or face to face. **Desirable**: - Driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes. - Knowledge of Document Management Systems (DMS). - Knowledge of fleet administration. **Transforming lives** - Embrace CHP's mission, strategic objectives and values by being a great team player who leads by example in line with our competency framework to do what it takes to ensure CHP's success, as well as customer excellence. - Taking responsibility for your own safety, you will follow correct procedures to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for yourself and others. - Be compliant with the Risk Management Policy, raise awareness of risk with employees, implement strategies to minimise risk and report any new or emerging risks. - Embrace equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace and adhere to all other relevant policies and procedures. **Benefits** - The salary for this post will be £22,377 Per Annum pro rata. - 25 days annual leave per annum,pro rata. - 18.5 hours per week - employees may be able to work flexibly by agreement with their line manager, taking account of business need.
