Your primary responsibilities will include:
Assisting Customers: Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information and recommendations with warmth and enthusiasm.

Order Management: helping with Processing orders accurately and efficiently, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery to our customers.

Problem-Solving: Troubleshooting customer concerns and finding creative solutions to exceed expectations, turning potentially negative experiences into positive ones.

Product Knowledge: Mastering our product range and staying up-to-date on new releases and promotions to offer personalised assistance and enhance customer satisfaction.

Feedback and Improvement: Listening attentively to customer feedback and suggestions, communicating insights to relevant teams, and contributing ideas for continuous improvement.

Team Collaboration: Collaborating closely with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and maintain a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field essentail - we value attitude and enthusiasm above all else

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and empathetic demeanor.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

**Duties**:

- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and account inquiries
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Utilise CRM systems to document customer interactions and update customer profiles
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in products or services
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while handling customer inquiries
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations

**Salary**: £21,700.00-£22,500.00 per year
