**FAMILIES KEY WORKER**
**Hours**:Part time - 30 hours per week (Full Time Equivalent 35 **Salary**: £23,000 per annum (Full Time Equivalent)
**Location**: Bradford
Are you looking for a rewarding role supporting children, young people, and families to thrive?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Key Worker to join our established Families Team working on the Supported Families Programme. As one of our Key Workers, you will develop and deliver a range of targeted Early Help services which will achieve and sustain positive outcomes for families.
We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team who has previous experience working with families and young people.
**Education and Qualifications**:
**Essential**
- A relevant Level 3 qualification and/or equivalent experience
- Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
- First Aid Qualification or willingness to work towards
**Desirable**
- Professional qualification as a children’s workforce practitioner (e.g. qualified teacher, youth worker, social worker or healthcare practitioner.)
- NVQ Level 3 working with parents
- Safeguarding Level 2 and 3 - PCV/D1 driving licence.
**Skills and Experience**:
**Essential**
- Experience of providing support to children, young people and families
- Practical understanding of contemporary issues relating to children, young people and families
- Practical experience of delivering interventions that support children, young people and families
- Experience of programme design and evaluation against set outcomes
