**Duties**
- Work collaboratively within the retrofit team, assisting with various operational tasks.
- Take ownership of company reporting, analysing operational data daily from the Protean system.
- Prepare and maintain company, schedules of rates, and client reporting documentation.
- Provide detailed weekly WIP analysis to support administrative teams.
- Prepare variations and charge rates to maximise billing efficiency.
- Deliver operational status reports, defect reporting, warranty status updates, and trend analyses.
- Reconcile, purchase orders (POs), and invoice reports on a daily/weekly basis.
- Provide weekly programme and budget target reports to measure progress against forecasts.
- Support process management, ensuring adherence and effective change implementation.
- Perform monthly profit and loss (PNL) analysis and identify actions to meet revenue and profit targets.
- Upkeep, maintain and create processes and key guidance documentation to support company knowledge base and staff training.
**Skills/Qualifications**
- Proficiency in SQL database management.

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an analyst.
- Quality and process management experience
