A genuinely exciting opportunity to be at the heartbeat of the transformation programme for this leading services organisation based in Mid-Hampshire.
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this Senior Finance Business Partner role will play a key role in setting the new agenda in terms of providing an enhanced level of business information to key stakeholders. The analytical information you provide, alongside yourdesire to immerse yourself within the senior leadership and executive teams to be their conduit to understanding their financials, will be pivotal to driving business evolution. Key elements of the role will include leading on business planning, consolidatingperformance plans and driving the forecasting and budgeting process.
The organisation is seeking to recruit an exceptional individual who is ideally fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and with significant business partnering experience gained within a medium to large organisation. This will be a wide ranging role working acrossmany elements of analysis, planning, modelling, pricing so you will need to illustrate your commerciality and relationship building skills.
For a confident and ambitious individual with the relevant skills and experience this represents an excellent opportunity to play a key role in driving business growth in an organisation that has ambitious plans for the next 3-5 years. The company operatesa hybrid working model with the potential for high levels of remote working.
