**Earning potential**:
Up to £150,000 = 70/30

£150,001 to £300,000 = 80 / 20

Over £300,001= 90 / 10

**Predicted average Adviser business figures 1st 3 years**:
Year 1 = £70,000

Year 2 = £120,00

Year 3 = £160,000

You will process DB Transfers via a committee approach, only if they are end of life arrangements. At the point of retirement the book is bought back, they basically use a multiple of ongoing which ranges between 3x and 4x.

Everything is templated on the system so reports are really easy to put together

**To be considered**:
You must be an experienced Advisor with Diploma

Have experience of either Investments and pensions or protection product sales.
