We are a local company with our depot and office team based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. We can offer the full range of waste containers from Trade Sacks, Wheelie bins, Rear End Loaders (REL), Front End Loaders (FEL) and Roll-on / off skips to ensure that, whatever your requirements, we have options to suit your business.
We are not a broker.
We will collect your waste/recycling using our own fleet of vehicles, and we also offer skip hire.
At Forge Recycling we will not only save your company money on its Business Waste, but we will also guarantee to get all new containers delivered within 24 hours.

- Forge Recycling are a dynamic Waste Management company based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. Due to continued regional growth we are looking to recruit an customer services advisor to join the team.
**General Scope**
Working in the Operations Team and reporting to the Service Delivery Manager. You will be responsible for providing support within a busy and dynamic Operations environment.
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for taking incoming calls from trade and commercial customers.
- Deal and resolve with customer issues.
- You will have a clear, concise and professional telephone manner.
- Liaise with the Operations Team and help to manage customer expectations, providing a first class service.
- Quoting prices for services as and when required.
- Take detailed calls for both Trade Waste and Skip customers; to include bookings.
- Entering and managing accurate details on to a bespoke customer database.
- Working closely with the wider Forge Team to help resolve an escalating issues.
- Managing general operational issues and office administration.
As an Apprentice you will be included on a Customer Service Qualification. Your Qualification will be delivered by Babcock Training who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve an Advisor coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship
To become an apprentice, you must:
- be 16 or over
- not already be in full-time education
You can start an apprenticeship whether you’re starting your career, want a change or you're upskilling in your current job. You can have a previous qualification like a degree and still start an apprenticeship.
As an apprentice you’ll:
- have regular one to one sessions with a dedicated trainer either remotely or through visits to your workplace
- learn and train for a specific job
- get paid and receive holiday leave
- get hands-on experience in a real job
- study for at least 20% of your working hours
- complete assessments during and at the end of your apprenticeship
- be on a career path with lots of future potential

An apprenticeship is a real job where you learn, gain experience and get paid. You’re an employee with a contract of employment and holiday leave. By the end of an apprenticeship, you'll have the right skills and knowledge needed for your chosen career.
