**Administrator - Residential Lettings Team**:
- **Part-Time role where you will be required to work every Saturday from 9am to 4pm**:
- **PLUS any other day(s) in the week to suit you and the team on an adhoc basis (between Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:45pm)**:
- **Woking, Surrey, GU21**:
- **Hourly rate of £10.00 per hour, PLUS the ability to maximise your earnings through commission**
**We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious person to join our Woking team as the branch based administrator to work every Saturday, to support the sales and lettings teams.**
**You will be assisting with registering and booking applicants and their viewings, as well as helping to ensure that the branch is running smoothly. You will also have support from the centralised BC Hub, so you are able to draw from a wealth of knowledgeand expertise of your colleagues to support you throughout your career with the group.**
**Requirements**:
**The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the lettings team, in order to help maximise efficiency and customer service with our clients.**
**Duties will include;**
- Registering applicants and booking activities such as viewings and market appraisals
- Working closely with our agents to market all properties on the relevant portals in line with company standards, and that any actions are completed in a timely manner
- Producing property brochures and other marketing material upon the branch requests
- Updating and maintaining the database ensuring compliance is maintained throughout
- Assist in creating and distributing reports as and when required
- Supporting the branch and the central BC hub in any tasks as required
- A strong administrator, who is structured and organised
- A strong communicator, confident and able to be assertive and empathetic in the right situations
- Able to work as part of a team, and also happy working independently
- Resilient and consistent when faced with conflict and driven to resolve challenges positively
- Confident with all Microsoft office packages and general IT use
