We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our administration team.
**Responsibilities**
- Ensure all visitors to the office receive a warm, friendly, and professional welcome
- Ensure all calls are answered promptly and professionally and when necessary take messages on behalf of colleagues
- Provide general administrative support our operational teams which may include diary management, travel bookings, co-ordinating electronic mail systems, booking couriers, scanning and filing mail, etc
- Provide administrative assistance to the HR Team.
- Create and maintain straightforward Excel databases ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
- Manage room and hospitality bookings. This includes booking lunches, preparing hospitality trays and ensuring all meeting rooms are tidy and set up correctly before and after use
- Assist the Administration Manager with stationery, supplier contracts, and ordering of office supplies
- Have previous administrative experience in a professional office environment
- Be professional, approachable, and a strong team player
- Thrive in a busy work environment, demonstrate the ability to multi-task, and remain calm under pressure
- Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to plan ahead
- Self-motivated and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Strong IT skills including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Confident with a flexible ‘can do’ approach
This role can either be offered on a full-time or two part-time roles (17.5 hours Monday - Wednesday am and Wednesday pm - Friday).
