**Office attendance: Our roles are hybrid; however, you should be able to travel to our Glasgow or Edinburgh office 2 days per week for this position.**
**Secondment/ Fixed Term Contract: 12 months

- We’re looking for two **People Operations Administrators** to join the People team in Insurance and Money Services on a 12 month secondment / FTC supporting across all our colleague processes.
**The Role
- The People Operations team are at the centre of all our people administration from payroll updates to onboarding new colleagues. They make sure line managers and colleagues can find information and self-serve along with continuously improving our processes so they’re straightforward and work first time.**You’ll get to:
- Support the delivery of processes linked to the employee lifecycle including but not limited to onboarding and off-boarding, family leave, payroll processing and colleague changes.
- Support our Line Managers by providing them with the guidance and advice needed to ensure that they are able to follow our policies and procedures with ease
- Support projects like annual pay review, annual screening or organisational change.
- Be the gatekeeper for compliance in key activities like SMCR and Eligibility to work.
- Build relationships with people at all levels across IMS and Tesco Group.
- Take ownership for your own work and see things through from start to finish.
**We need you to have:
- Previous experience of working within a People Operations/HR Administrative role will be essential to this role.
- An ability and desire to be part of a multi-disciplined team where the workload and SME knowledge is shared across each team member.
- Our colleague data needs to be accurate so it’s important that you have a keen eye for detail and a focus on quality.
- It would be great if you were able to demonstrate some cross functional skills and knowledge across the SME areas covered by a People Operations Team.
- Strong Microsoft office skills with the ability to work with multiple data sources accurately.
- Working as part of a great team you will have the enthusiasm and passion to get the job done on time and to a high standard whilst working collaboratively with colleagues.
