**About the Role**:
Leading a team of Goods Inwards colleagues, this role is responsible for ensuring replenishment or product is carried out in a timely manner to ensure our customers experience the highest levels of service. The role is hands on, so as well as overseeing and supporting the team, you will also carry out replenishment / stock movement activities.

Replenishment schedules are issued on a regular basis and this role will ensure that these schedules are achieved along with updating our business system to reflect product movement(s). You will issue replenishment schedules to team members and monitor their performance to these schedules.

Also, overseeing the receipt of products into the business and the relevant booking activities and GRN of deliveries.

The team carry out many adjustments / replenishments during the day, so a keen eye on detail and accuracy is paramount as part of our stock accuracy indicies.

If that isn’t enough, following a busy week at work our team enjoy the benefit of finishing early on a Friday

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with Safe Systems of Work guidelines.
- Ensure all team members conform to HSE requirements for the department.
- Drive the teams to achieve daily / weekly / monthly targets.
- Organise the team to achieve daily work plans and schedules.
- Escalate any issues to the Warehouse Manager as and when required.
- Ensure all team members are working to process intructions.
- Ensure all bookings and stock movements are accurately recorded on our business system.
- Manage performance issues with the support of the Warehouse Manager.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £26,033.00 per year
