**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess damage, including structural, mechanical, and cosmetic issues
- Accurately utilise estimating platforms to estimate a vehicles cost of repairs.
- Collaboration with work provider partners ensuring repairs are inline with safety standards.
- Strong time management to ensure service level agreements are adhered to
- Clear communication with both customers and insurance engineers.

**Skills/Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a VDA in the automotive repair industry
- Strong knowledge of vehicle construction, repair process and diagnostic procedures
- Attention to detail, the ability to meticulously inspect vehicles and identify even minor damage that may affect the overall repair estimate
- Computer proficiency. Proficient in using estimation software, office software and other relevant tools
- ATA Qualification in estimating.
