Do you have experience working as an insurance claims advisor, or claims adjuster experience? Alternatively, do you have strong administration and research skills with a desire to develop your career in insurance claims within the motor sector?

As an Insurance Claims Assessor, you will be talking to policy holders to discuss their GAP (Guaranteed Asset Protection) insurance claims for their cars.
- Researching the current value of the customers’ vehicle and challenging motor insurers to negotiate a settlement value.
- Managing a caseload from start of claim to settlement
- Documenting all customer interaction on to the CRM system
- Liaising with policy holders, brokers, underwriters, dealers, and other parties

To be successful as an Insurance Claims Assessor, you must have a background in administration, contact centre or customer service centre and:

- Be a confident communicator with a methodical mind, and data inputting skills
- Have good organisational and planning skills, including planning your own workload
- Good research skills with an inquisitive nature and the ability to investigate claims
- Critical thinking skills to challenge and determine the truth
- Tenacious and process driven to process the claims to settlement
- Insurance-based claims experience in ideally motor industry or home insurance would be advantageous

On the days you are in the office, you will be based in modern offices with free car parking, located close to A46 and within walking distance of Warwick town centre and Warwick Parkway train station.
