An exciting opportunity has arisen for band 7s within the Patient Flow Co-ordinator team at the Leeds Childrens Hospital. You will work closely with the ward managers and matrons and out of hours the Clinical Site Matrons ensuring that patients are placed appropriately across all specialities. You will be required to ensure patients in the Emergency Department are placed within the four hour target. As part of the role you will be allocated to a Matron patch and will be involved in audits, ward healthcheck, infection prevention, waste reduction and quality improvement projects.
