About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Paid Media to lead, grow and manage paid media services at Fresh Egg. We will want you to be able to provide a deep understanding of digital advertising, a strong analytical mindset and the ability to manage and lead a team of talented individuals, whilst setting clear objectives and priorities that enable best-in-class delivery of our products and services. You will be ultimately responsible for driving the strategic planning, execution, and optimisation of all paid media campaigns for both new and existing clients. You will be responsible for developing innovative multichannel strategies that engage with target audiences and enhance brand visibility, whilst leveraging data-driven insights to ensure the continuous growth and success of existing clients digital marketing efforts. You will need to be able to operate at both a strategic and operational level, overseeing the development and execution of paid media campaigns across various platforms and channels, such as; PPC, social media advertising, display advertising, programmatic and video.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to put their stamp on an exciting proposition and to significantly grow this service and the revenue that it delivers as part of the overall agency growth.
We are looking for an exceptional individual that will also be able to represent Fresh Egg within the industry as an authority on paid media by contributing to internal and external websites, publications, forums and events as required.

Skills, knowledge and experience

Key responsibilities
- To work closely with all relevant stakeholders as required to ensure that all client accounts have a robust strategy in place, together with specific performance targets and objectives tailored to meet or exceed the business and commercial expectations of the client.
- To manage the overall performance of the paid media function, making sure account and project activities are well-managed, of high quality, producing value and delivered on time and budget.
- To support the business development team with pre-sale activities, driving leads and increasing paid media related work for the agency.
- To develop the position of the company on its approach to paid media activity, increase the awareness of the Fresh Egg team within the industry and drive awareness of agency expertise to attract new clients.
- To initiate and carry out regular objective testing of tools, resources and techniques, working to annual budgets.
- Develop, implement and lead comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business goals, brand identity, and target audience behaviour.
