We are looking for friendly, caring and enthusiastic people to join our team of Support Workers in Spennymoor, County Durham on a casual basis to cover as an when required.

**About Us**:
Oaklea’s Supported Living Project in Spennymoor, provides care and support to people with learning disabilities. In your role, you will support customers with a wide variety of needs and aspirations and work with our organisational values as we strive to encourage independence.

Support Workers / Lifestyle Co-ordinators - **About the Role**:
You will be required to support customers in their home who require support with personal care, medication administration meal preparation, accessing their local community and support with their hobbies and appointments.

Working hours will include days, nights and weekends - You do not need to be experienced, but it is essential that you share our values.

You will be required to work closely with a small team.

Support Workers / Lifestyle Co-ordinators - **What We Need from You**:
Experience is desirable but not essential as full training and mentoring will be provided.

Person Centred Values are essential in order to improve the quality of life of vulnerable adults in delivering a PBS approach to the role.

Being a good communicator is essential as well as being organised, motivated, able to multi task.
