Support Worker Join to apply for the Support Worker role at Creative Support. Location: Tudhoe, Spennymoor | Pay: Up to £12.40 per hour | Employment type: Full‑Time Responsibilities Provide person‑red support to service users with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, helping them experience opportunities for personal development. Use positive communication and engagement, demonstrating unconditional positive regard for those you support. Work within a positive behaviour support framework, accept responsibility, and develop as a skilled practitioner. Follow agreed guidelines and contribute positively to a consistent, mutually supportive team ethos. Cover a 24‑hour rota pattern, including sleep‑ins, as part of a friendly, motivated team. Preferably have a car to drive service users’ vehicles for community participation activities. Training & Development Structured induction and values‑led training through Creative Support’s Development Pathway, supporting progression from entry‑level to leadership roles. Opportunity to work toward a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
