Page Group are partnered with a well known brand based in Cardiff to recruit a Customer Service Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.
£23,000 to £25,000 starting salary.
Working Location: Cardiff, option for hybrid working (home/office) may be available after initial settling in and training period which could be up to 3 months.
**Description**
Key responsibilities will include:
*Customer relationship management
*Order processing
*Dealing with customer enquiries
*Using the booking system to be able to add and amend bookings
*Investigate queries or complaints
*Sales Administration
**Profile**
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including previous experience in creating and maintaining Excel spread sheets.
- Previous experience working in a customer service role.
- Attention to detail and organisation skills.
- Ability to effectively manage conflicting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise projects.
- Highly organised and methodical.
- Team focused.
