Customer Service Administrator

Our client, Legal & General, is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our Workplace Pensions team to assist with various administration duties such as indexing, collecting documents from print, sending out communications to customers via the post and other admin work. As such we are looking for someone with a high level of attention detail and accuracy.
In addition, you will be using back office systems and processes in one of the core business areas and handling high workload volumes. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is flexible and can adapt quickly to meet the changing demands of customers and the business.
**What we can offer**
- Competitive pay of **£13 per hour**, inclusive of holidays and with weekly pay.
- Although **customer service experience** is preferred, it is not essential, **as full and comprehensive training is provided.**
- This role will be based at the **L&G office in Cardiff city centre**.
- Overtime is available at a higher rate of pay (up to double time).
- This is an **admin**-**based** role with **no telephony** **work.**
- Upon successful completion of the full contract, workers will receive a **lucrative** **retention bonus of 10% of all hours worked.**
