**Salary: £16,250 - £22,000**

Following a hugely successful pilot, we are now looking to hire our next property enthusiasts into our training academy. We're looking for people with a passion for property coupled with a natural flare for sales. You'll be learning directly from some of the best sales and lettings negotiators in London, covering all of the fundamental skill sets, providing you with the foundations needed for a successful career in the property industry.

The role is based in our Camden office located within the highly successful Property services team, you will spend around 3 months training to understand the core basics of a negotiator before moving to a London location to continue your career as a Sales or Lettings agent. As you are stepping in to a new career we understand this can be a challenging time to learn something new and to obtain commission,. So at this point, for the time you are in the academy we will top your salary up so you can fully focus on the task in hand.

You will be required to work Monday to Friday whilst in the academy however it is important to note after this time you will be required to one 1 in 3 Saturdays 10am-4pm once you are no longer in the training academy.

**This role will initially cover the following areas**:

- Arranging market appraisals between office managers and our clients
- Nurturing our existing database, ensuring that we are providing an exceptional service to our current and historical clients 100% of the time
- Chasing offices and closing instructions
- Having an expert knowledge of the London property market
- Being a fantastic brand ambassador for Chestertons
