**Key accountabilities**
- Supporting data quality in our project management tools to ensure accuracy of reports and management
- information. Ensure that data is up to date and reported accurately for PMO and Planning reports.
- Consulting to and coaching of Technology Programme and Project Managers on governance processes.
- Responsible for the delivery of Technology driven outcomes, taking ownership and proactively driving throughout the delivery lifecycle from initiation through to closure.
- Reporting of the progress of each initiative using RAG status, and provide back to Green plan if required.
- Ensure proactive and effective communication to cross functional team, business owners & key stakeholders.
- Drive and manage effective and timely decision-making based on achievement of desired project outcomes.
- Ensure delivery criteria is met in line with the delivery framework and governance is adhered to where applicable
**Knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, and qualifications required**
- An experienced Project/Programme coordinator or PMO Analyst within a fast-paced working environment.
- Understanding of change standards and governance.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Toolset, Project online and Jira
- Strong analytical and reporting skills in a PMO Environment.
- Displays excellent relationship, influencing and all-round communication skills.
- Professional and positive approach.
- Collaborates well and able to work on own initiative.
- Experience of working cross-functionally and with senior stakeholders.
- Tenacious, flexible, passionate, resilient and results driven with a persuasive personality.
- Excellent time management and self-organisation skills with the ability to work effectively to tight timescales and under pressure/stressful situations.
- A quality driven approach consistently aiming for high standards and personal development.
- An understanding of basic Project Management principles, methods, techniques, and tools for the effective management of projects from initiation through to implementation and closure
- Exposure to the IT Software Delivery Lifecycle and knowledge of key phases of design, development, testing and deployment.
