**Summary**

We are seeking Home Assistants to join our growing team at Elderflower Care Services. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily tasks and personal care to ensure they live comfortably and independently. Your contributions will make a significant difference in the lives of those we serve.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
- Help with light domestic duties including cooking, cleaning, and shopping.
- Support clients in maintaining their daily routines and activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families regarding care plans and needs.
- Document client progress and any changes in condition accurately.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in home care or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and families.
- Ability to drive is beneficial for traveling between client locations.
- Basic IT skills for documentation and communication purposes.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others maintain their independence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 40 per week
