**Responsibilities include**:

- Assisting vulnerable adults (Male and Female) in their own homes with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting, moving and handling and administering medication
- Undertaking household tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, shopping etc.
- Building strong working relationships with your clients and colleagues

As a Hales Care Assistant / Care Worker, you will be fully supported in your role from the very beginning ensuring you are fully trained, competent and confident to deliver outstanding care.

Our office team will work alongside you and truly understand and appreciate you as part of the team.

Ongoing training is provided regularly to ensure your knowledge is up to date.

Whether you have experience in care or you are completely new to the role, we will support you with gaining the skills required to provide the highest quality of care to our service users

**Requirements**:

- You must be able to work at least every other weekend
- You will need to be caring, kind, patient, reliable, honest and trustworthy
- Willing to undertake Personal Care tasks including bathing and toileting
- Adhere to Hales Group's policies and procedures
- Be comfortable working within either a team setting or lone working
- You must have the right to work in the UK and have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Please note this is a Domiciliary Care vacancy which involves providing care and support within a client’s own home within the community._
