We are seeking an individual who has what it takes to make a change in the lives of those that we care for. You'll need to be energetic, enthusiastic and good on your feet. You will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing the quality of life of the people we support, with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Challenging behaviour within the comfort of their own homes.

**Please note clients may have pets**
**We are not offering Sponsorships.**

**Main Duties/Responsibilities**
- Assisting with personal care
- Social Skills
- Accessing their local community
- Delivering care that is within their individual support plans
- Providing emotional and behaviour support
- Assisting with breakfast, Lunch and Dinner - being mindful to maintain nutritional and cultural needs
- Light domestic household tasks: laundry, ironing, washing dishes etc.
- Compassionate, patient and hardworking
- Dedicated and efficient
- Experience with Learning Disabilities/Autism (Essential)
- Using of own initiative
- Good written, verbal, listening and communication skills
- Able to commit to regular (flexible) hours
- Respect values, equality, diversity and rights
- Drivers with a UK or European license (Essential)

**Schedule**:
Monday - Sunday
10:30am - 17:30pm (Potential start time at 8:00am if required)
Alternate weekends / Every weekend
