**Job Description**:
Home Instead are looking for Live in Carers with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Altrincham & Sale.
We require Live In Carers for September & October start dates so it is helpful if you are on** the DBS update service.**
As a Live In Care CAREGiver, you will live in a client's home, typically 1 or 2 weeks at a time, providing a variety of non-medical services including Home Help, Companionship, Personal Care, Medication Support, Meals & Hydration, taking to appointments or social outings.
It is helpful if you are a driver for those clients that like to be taken out.
Ideally as a Live In carer you will have experience supporting clients with Dementia/ Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, the after effects of a stroke, or with mobility needs. You will be familiar with different types of support equipment to aid mobility, including wheelchairs.
Our Live in Carers will have experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building **professional friendships** and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.
***Competitive weekly rates from £770 per week to £1050 per week**
***£55 a week food allowance**
***2 hr break cover each day**
