Cleaning Supervisor

**DC Clean Group Ltd are looking for a full-time cleaning supervisor in Preston.**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards and contributing to the success of our company.

To be considered for this role you must be available 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and occasionally on Saturdays. You must be able to work at least 25 hours minimum per week (up to 37.5 hours available) and a 4 day working week is possible, providing a 5th day can worked during busy periods.

Salary up to £22,500 per year pro rota including 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff, ensuring their adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Plan and allocate cleaning tasks to team members during paired shifts, taking into consideration client requirements and time constraints.
- Conduct regular inspections of cleaning activities to ensure quality and consistency in service delivery.
- Train new and existing cleaning staff on cleaning techniques, equipment usage, safety protocols, and customer service.
- Helping to cover sickness and holiday shifts when required
- Liaise with clients to address specific cleaning requests, concerns, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement improved cleaning processes and strategies.
- Provide regular reports on team performance, accomplishments, and challenges to upper management.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in a cleaning supervisory or team lead role, with a track record of managing teams effectively.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals, along with a commitment to safety protocols.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, able to work collaboratively with both team members and clients.
- Attention to detail and a strong dedication to maintaining high cleaning standards.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations and client needs.
- Must be able to pass a DBS check.
- Must have a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
