Cleaning Supervisor – Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services Rate of Pay: £13.50 per hour | Contract: Permanent | Employment: Full Time | Hours: 40 per week | Location: Sika, Miller Street, Preston, Lancashire, PR1 1EA We are looking for an experienced Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to work with a range of Mitie clients to manage a cleaning team, including recruitment and development of staff and maintain excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. Responsibilities Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning. Ensure cleaning staff understand and work to task schedules while following correct Health & Safety procedures. Provide technical training as required. Distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards and usage of materials, and order stocks as necessary. Deal with any issues efficiently and professionally, referring to the line manager where appropriate. Qualifications Previous supervisory and cleaning experience. Good communication skills. Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude. Able to work to a schedule on own initiative. Benefits Virtual GP available to you and your household (video or phone advice).
