Teaching Personnel have the role for you

Teaching Personnel are looking for support workers to join our team in supporting young people aged 19-25 with complex needs.

In this role as a support worker, you will:

- Support students in improving their independence through specialist activities and to teach the students life skills
- Build relationships with students and encourage them to reach their full potential
- Support with potential healthcare needs
- Use good safeguarding practices

The ideal support worker will have:

- Experience working with young adults with special educational needs
- A friendly and confident personality
- The ability to quickly build relationships with students and staff

The school is based in Stockport and is easily accessible by car and public transport.
- Enhanced Child and adult DBS - on the update system
- 2 most recent references

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
