A opportunity to join an expanding Mortgage and Insurance company.

An experienced management team is in place and you would have the opportunity to work and grow in this new business.

As part of the Support Team the Mortgage Administrator role is an extremely important function to support several areas of the business.

The role includes but not limited to;
- Liaising directly with clients, from initial gathering of information to assisting with the speedy progression of their cases.
- Liaising with lenders, solicitors, estate agents and valuers to progress cases through to completion.
- Liaising with the Mortgage Brokers to ensure the accurate placing of business and effective case management.
- Document checking and validation to ensure recorded data is substantiated.
- Ensuring a positive and fluid customer experience.
- Dealing with new leads and completing factfinds.
- Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries

Skills and character traits that would assist in the role;
- Good communication skills - verbal and written
- A fine attention to detail - with a high level of data accuracy and the ability to type efficiently
- Excellent organisation skills
- Be able to work under pressure individually and as part of a team

Within the business there will be opportunities to progress into other roles over time.

The role would suit someone with previous experience, but this isn’t essential.

The pay bracket will value previous experience and there will be the opportunity to earn additional income.

**Salary**: £19,000
