**Role**

We are seeking a talented Production Assistant to support with the smooth running of the department and VFX projects. You don't need a lot of experience, but you must be enthusiastic, adaptable, and willing to learn.

Please note:

- This role will be primarily based at our Wimbledon Studio in South West London
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is mandatory for this role
**Responsibilities**
- Supporting with documentation for all aspects of production on all live jobs including PPM decks, call-sheets, cash reconciliations, and delivery of assets to clients and post meetings
- Responsible for office supplies and deliveries
- Assisting Production Managers with diary, travel and accommodation arrangements for shoots and events
- Liaising with freelance crew
- Taking minutes in meetings
- Ensuring internal department workflow and tracking documents are kept up to date.
- Managing production accounts and expenses
- Being the point of call for all shoots and having an understanding of the environment and schedule.
- Organising the studio space to ensure that it is always fully stocked and presentable.
- Wrapping jobs
- General office duties

**Requirements**:

- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- 1+ year's experience in production or post production.
- Able to work from our Wimbledon Studio in South West London
- Experience using gdrive, especially google sheets.
- Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills.
- An enthusiasm for the industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You must be punctual.
- You must understand the importance of taking detailed notes and recording expenditure accurately.
- You should be flexible and well organised, and be able to think on your feet.
- You should be level headed, and able to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
- You must be able to contribute to good working relationships, and to create a positive atmosphere for the rest of the team.
