We do this with pioneering production solutions that drive performance in a data-led marketing landscape and help brands to win in the platform world.OverviewThe Global Production Account Director is a senior role responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing production across global markets and regions. Focusing on building client relationships and growing the business, responding to pitch proposals, strengthening our global teams and reporting to clients. This includes topline oversight of primary production (shoots/origination), CRM, web and automation workstreams. The role requires strategic oversight, operational excellence, and creative collaboration with agencies, production studios, and media teams to deliver high-quality, fit-for-platform content that meets global brand standards.Working closely with the Global Production Lead and the Global Operations Lead, this role is highly client-facing and demands the ability to manage competing priorities, foster collaboration across time zones, and identify opportunities for growth and innovation. A strong grasp of data and reporting is essential, as is the ability to build a positive team spirit across teams in different regions.ResponsibilitiesProduction Strategy & Execution Support global production planning and execution across origination, studio setup and oversight, CRM, web, creative amplification and automation Work with Production teams to oversee shoot logistics, talent coordination, and production timelines across multiple regions Ensure teams are able to deliver assets on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards Drive innovation in production methodologies, including automation, AI integration, and distributed production networksClient & Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with global and regional clients, acting as a trusted advisor Collaborate with creative agencies, media teams, and production partners to assess growth opportunities and risks Ensure transparency, accountability, and trust in all client interactionsOperational Leadership Partner with the Global Operations Lead to ensure operational excellence across all production touchpoints Work with cross-functional teams across time zones, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing Implement and optimise processes to improve speed-to-market, content reuse, and workflow efficiencyCommercial & Financial Oversight Understand global production budgets, ensuring financial efficiency & value Report on KPIs related to production performance, cost savings and asset utilisationTeam & Culture Building Our team is collaborative, supportive and well connected. This role will help to cultivate a high-performing, inclusive team culture across global production teams Foster cooperation and team spirit between teams based in different locations and time zonesQualifications Relevant experience in production roles, ideally within FMCG, food or consumer brands An understanding of shoots and production teams across multiple regions and time zones would be helpful Strong record of managing creative development, adaptation, CRM, web and automation processes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Financially literate with experience managing large-scale budgets and reporting on KPIs Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple concurrent projectsAdditional InformationDiversity and inclusion is a core part of who we are at Prodigious London.
