Sales Administrator

Our client is currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join their busy team in Stebbing Essex.
**Salary**:£20-24K
**Contract Type**:Full time
**Sales Administrator Duties**:
- Assisting the sales team with customer appointments
- Assisting sales team with writing Quotes
- Using sales history to generate sales opportunities/ reminders to clients & sales team (training will be provided)
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely delivery of services
- Compiling daily and monthly sales reports
- Maintaining use and accuracy of CRM system (instruction will be provided)
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Responding to customer questionnaires and 'Pre-Qualification Questionnaires’, (instruction will be provided)
- Supporting the sales team with assistance in completing tender bids (instruction will be provided)
- Supporting the admin department with other administrative tasks, if requested or as workloads determine.

**Sales Administrator Requirements**:
- Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar sales support role.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software (and PowerPoint preferable).
- Experience of CRM systems desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A team player with a high level of dedication.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Clean Driving licence
- Must be able to pass a DBS check
