**Job Summary**
We seek a dedicated and experienced Shop Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our retail environment at one of our locations just outside Grantham.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily shop operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage and lead a team of shop assistants, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
- Foster an environment of excellent customer service by training staff on effective communication and phone etiquette.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of retail management.
- Organise staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction remains a priority.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised shop environment that reflects the brand's values.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a retail setting is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in sales management with a track record of achieving targets is preferred.
- A strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and customer service best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44-£15.39 per hour
