**About the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Stock Room Supervisor to join our dynamic team in a key role supervising the Grantham Store.

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual, with excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality, to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Grantham Stock Room.

The key areas of focus will be:

- Ensuring optimum coverage for your department over a seven-day operation
- Responsible for ensuring your team meets the required standards by the use of effective training methods
- Ensuring Company warehouse procedures are maintained and upheld at all times
- Proficiency in administration, particularly Store procedures (full training will be given).

**About You**

You will have previous experience at a supervisory level as you will be responsible for a small team and you should be able to demonstrate effective people management skills.

In addition, you will have confidence to deal diplomatically, politely and courteously with the general public, colleagues and any other visitors to the store whilst striving to achieve excellent customer service at all times.
