**Client Details**

Our client is a leading, multi-national transport group based in Sheffield.

**Description**
- Write job adverts
- Arrange interviews
- Maintain accurate and up to date records for reporting
- Help the hiring team with recruiting techniques and interview questions
- Help with the onboarding process of new starters
- Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new starters
- Support with the selection processes such as phone interviews and reference checks
- Seek and act upon constructive feedback on recruitment process and practices as part of continuous improvement
- Support the delivery of the recruitment strategy

**Profile**
- Previous experience in a resourcing / recruitment role is advantageous
- Experience and knowledge of recruitment systems
- Strong IT skills including Excel
- Must be able to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to cope well under pressure
- Have strong organisation skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all employees across the Group
