**Office / Facilities Supervisor - City law firm**

A highly reputable, city based London law firm are seeking an Office services / Facilities Supervisor to ensure the smooth running of the office

The London office is 65 in size and this role will include management of the London Facilities team which includes 2 Front of House Assistants, 1 Facilities Assistant and an apprentice.

**Salary: £35-£38,000**

**Hours: 9am to 5pm**

Typical duties:

- Coordinate maintenance requests and facilitate planned maintenance
- Managing the facilities team including performance management and appraisals
- Ensure correct work is prioritised by staff
- Maintain stationery and printing supplies
- Process invoices
- Manage the archiving process
- Manage the smooth running of the postal / courier service
- 2 years experience in a similar role
- IOSH (Desirable)
- Experience in a professional services environment
