A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Security Officer, who will demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users.

**Job Role / Requirements**:

- SIA Door Supervisor Licence required
- Security and customer service experience is required
- Must be flexible and be able to work; days, nights, weekends and have the flexibility to change shifts due to operational needs
- Must have good command of English language
- Good levels of customer service, communication both written & verbal at all times
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word & Outlook
- Flexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site.
- This position involves external patrolling throughout the shift, must be able to stand/walk for extended periods when asked in all weather
- Maintains working knowledge of the locations & security & safety for assigned areas
- Flexible in the approach to daily duties
- First Aid qualification & a CCTV SIA Licence is a bonus
- Must have five years of checkable work history
- This opportunity is for dynamic and enthusiastic Security Officers to become part of a team keeping a newly built, high-quality North London retail and residential development safe and secure in line with customer expectations._
- You will need to be very much a team player as you help deliver a range of services including internal & external patrol, Loading bay duties, standing for long periods, gatehouse & control room functions and will be expected to develop excellent working relations with the variety of workers and residents you encounter across the estate._

- Reliable, Responsible and Punctual
- Able to work in a team as well as on your own
- Be calm under pressure and confident in dealing with confrontational situations in a calm and professional manner
- Confident in writing incident and shift reports
- The ability to be pro-active and think on your feet use initiative
- To have a smart appearance befitting the company
- Be confident you are able to undertake 100% of all specific duties
- Be able to provide all the documentation and vetting information requested
